1. Service Agreement
By using AlvaRide services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Qatar.
2. Booking and Cancellation
Cancellations must be made at least 30 minutes before scheduled pickup time to avoid charges.
3. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in Qatari Riyals (QR). Subscription fees are non-refundable.
4. Student Verification
Student discounts require valid student ID verification within 7 days of registration.

Your personal information is protected and will not be shared with third parties.
